The watch was supposedly shipped 48 hours after payment, but it ended up taking 10 days for the seller to hand it over to UPS... I had to constantly follow up with the seller (who responded quickly), but it shouldn't be up to the buyer to do the chasing! Upon receipt, the strap was on backwards and the watch stopped suddenly after I wound it up, so I took it to my watchmaker and found that a hand was misaligned on its axis... The watch is really beautiful and I’m happy with my purchase, but you’re really not professional, especially at that price...

Unfortunately, the watch wasn't in very good condition when I received it! It had scratches and a few minor flaws! But after I filed a complaint, it was repolished! So all's well that ends well!

The watch was not working upon delivery, and the process and communication regarding the repair reflect the retailer’s reluctance to cover repair costs, even though the watch cost 9,000 EUR. The authorized dealer’s repair proposal has not been addressed by the dealer and is not being followed by the dealer, which leads to uncertainty and, consequently, dissatisfaction. The watch is still being repaired by the dealer four weeks after purchase.
